That looks like the currentcost module that is part of <a href="http://www.xpl-perl.org.uk/" rel="nofollow">xPL-Perl</a>. You could try asking on the mailing list mentioned there, or on the <a href="http://xplproject.org.uk/forums/" rel="nofollow">xPL forums</a>. I don’t think you’re using my software (which is for Windows). That looks like the currentcost module that is part of xPL-Perl.
